Experience

Sandy has 45 plus years experience in public accounting. He has been involved with many phases of accounting and auditing, including accounting systems analysis and has worked with audit committees of public companies, privately-held companies in a variety of industries, including, distribution, manufacturing, technology, transportation, hospitality, healthcare, real estate, biomedical, internet advertising, franchising and nonprofit organizations. Additionally, Sandy served clients subject to the Securities and Exchange Commission rules and regulations for both public and private financings, including Section 404 of the Sarbanes- Oxley Act. More recently, Sandy has prepared Proof of Financial Ability to Operate forms for various AHCA filings for Healthcare clinics, Home Health Agencies, DME wholesale and retail instate and out of state providers.
