Being compassionate during these unusual times is a win win for the employer/employee or the husband/wife or parent/child. Working at home is not as great as we had hoped it to be. Be a good lead leader, listener, husband or parent and asking people are how they are feeling, even if they work at home or how' s the family and what can I do for you, will make this person happy and create goodwill. Treat your employees like family or close your business now because your indifference will turn your employees off and send them away. Being sensitive to your employees is key. If you don't take the time to understand your employees during these COVID times, you may lose them and without your employees your company will suffer and may cease to exist. Remember, your employees are everything and so is family.
