Miami CPA experienced in the Proof of Financial Ability to operate

Company Background

How we started - Susan and Sandy Lenner worked together at a local accounting firm in South Florida. We found that our individual fields complemented each other’s, we enjoyed helping each other and what turned out to be inseparable ways. We left that firm and got married.

Halfway - Soon after, Susan formed this firm and Sandy became an audit partner with an international CPA firm and specialized in the audit of public companies. Fast forward, 20 years later, Sandy joined Susan's firm and two Miami CPA’s decided to work together.

Now - A few years later, we decided to cut back, to enable us to enjoy life, play tennis and Mahjong (my wife’s favorite). At the same time, we are now a small part-time boutique Miami CPA accounting firm. Ok, we will admit, we are retired, or call it semi-retired and spend a few hours each week to continue doing what we have love, to meet the needs of our clients. Services Provided For:

  • Providers at primary care are often general practitioners or non physian owners who provide a broad level of healthcare.

  • Primarily engaged in providing skilled nursing services and other therapeutic services. Can also provide unskilled services. Many providers graduate from a Nurse Registry or Homemaker Companion Services providers to a HHA to provide more reimbursable services and sometimes to meet certain payer requirements for reimbursement.

  • Sellers or renters to consumers of home medical equipment includes delivery, set up and maintenance.

  • They connect patients or healthcare facilities with qualified nurses or caregivers. Unlike home health agencies, nurse registries typically act as intermediaries, matching independent healthcare professionals with clients in need of nursing or caregiving services. The nurses and caregivers are often considered independent contractors, and the registry facilitates the arrangement without directly employing the care providers.
