I phoned Sandy Lenner and asked how to find bank rec listings. He provided a response to me in less than 2 minutes, for no charge. I did not have to wait for him to get back to me. In other words, I got the answer when I needed it. I would contact Sandy again. I have quite significant knowledge of QuickBooks myself, and had looked throughout the menus to find the answers. Sandy also did not know the answer offhand, but was (amazingly) able to find it where I could not.
